Cancellation Policy
Our transportation services that are charged at a flat fee: The amount of the fee does not change if a participant misses a session. The amount of the full session is still due at booking and does not warrant a refund. You are responsible for ensuring that we have accurate information for your rides, including being approved on any necessary lists, and being familiar with the policies of the destination. Services charged per mile: Anything over 20 miles is the base price plus $3.00 a mile. All services require a non refundable deposit to book.
